Lin Xiaoyu a pupil of Mishima Polytechnic School and a master of Chinese martial arts was expelled from her school thanks to the efforts of Anna Williams the new curator Xiaoyu. Lin's task is to enter the Kyogoku International Academy to find a student named Sin Kamiya. Lin agrees hoping thus to establish contact with Dzin Kazam who was once her close friend.
In Kegoku Lin meets a strange girl named Alisa Boskonovich and later rescues Sina who fell from the roof of the school. Later Lin learns from Alice that Sin has repeatedly fallen from the roof. Xiaoyu tries to establish contact with Sin and learns that he used to be a friend of Dzin Kazam and studied at Mishima's school. Soon Sina is kidnapped and it turns out that Alice is a combat android sent by Mishima Zaibatsu to follow Sin. Later Lin and Alice unite to find Sina and find out his connection with Mishima's family.
